About Virtual Training

Over the years we’ve perfected the effectiveness and usability of our virtual training offerings. We work with you to make the space that you have most effective for personal training and the nutritional consulting and lifestyle coaching is seamless and also extremely effective. 

You don’t need tons of equipment, we will work with what you have and provide recommendations based on your program. There’s no need to go out and purchase all kinds of workout and gym equipment. We have clients that do full virtual training packages with us and don’t use any equipment at all.  While full body workouts are extremely effective and weights and gym equipment are not required to have successful sessions. We have endless options to work with you if you have any type of free weights and/or other gym equipment/machines.
